Delete your account
This applies to both apps by Harshad Sonawane: QforQueue (for customers) and QforQueue Partner (for businesses). One phone number is one account, so deleting it removes it from both apps.
In the app
- Open QforQueue or QforQueue Partner and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You're signed out and the deletion starts straight away.
Without the app
Email support@qforqueue.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you sign in with. To protect you from someone else deleting your account, we may ask you to confirm before we delete anything. We reply within 2 working days.
What gets deleted
- Your phone number, name and email address.
- Your place in any queue you're waiting in.
- Ratings and reviews you wrote.
- Your notification token, so the apps stop sending you notifications.
- For business owners: your businesses, their services, photos, contact links and verification documents. You can't delete an account while customers are waiting in one of your queues; serve them or remove them first.
What we keep, and for how long
- Visit counts without your identity. A business's footfall numbers (for example "12 served on Monday") stay correct, but the visits no longer link to your name or number.
- Payment records for paid priority bookings, if you made any, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. They're kept apart and used for nothing else.
- Crash reports don't contain your name or number and are removed automatically after 90 days.
Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your request.
